SB 202: Final version (May 25, 2007) amends Oregon labor law to prohibit holders of farm labor contractor licenses from hiring illegal aliens. The bill allows the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor, or any individual, to bring suit against any person to enjoin them from using the services of a farm labor contractor who employs illegal aliens. The Commissioner may also impose civil fines against violators.
