Executive Order 481: Final version (February 23, 2007) prohibits any state agency in the Executive Branch from contracting with businesses that employ unauthorized workers. Any contractor doing business with an Executive Branch agency must certify, as a condition of receiving funds from the State, that it will not use unauthorized workers. Currently, all contracts with such agencies must include a Certification Form that is available from the Commonwealth's Office of the Comptroller.
