The Human Resources Committee of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey will hold its next HR meeting on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 from 8:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m. in the CIANJ Conference Room, located at South 61 Paramus Road, Paramus. (In the Mack-Cali IV building) The Meeting will focus on:

"This seminar will assist Human Resource Professionals to deal with several of the new developments in the business immigration law arena for their organizations and their foreign national staff. Topics to be covered in this seminar include: The PERM process for Labor Certifications; H-1B Nonimmigrant Processing for Professional and Specialty Occupation Workers, new security policies and programs at the Consulate Offices and at the Ports-of-Entry, the new rules and regulations concerning electronic storage and preparation of I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Forms, and the use of Business Immigration Training Programs to deploy qualified staff for Form I-9 compliance".
