Attached is an article about the new PERM Regulations published in the Federal Register on December 27, 2004. The PERM Regulations will revolutionize the Labor Certification process which is the first step for an employer and a foreign national to obtain a green card in the U.S.

According to the new PERM Regulations, the employer and the foreign national worker may be able to obtain Labor Certifications in approximately 60 days assuming compliance with all of the rules of the new PERM program and assuming the "blessing" of the Electronic Application by the U.S. Department of Labor.
